MMMMMM Crispy Beef! When living in Maryland the chinese restaurants there would make this dish called crispy beef. Since living in CT, i have yet to find a place that makes the dish like the restaurants in MD did. I really miss it. So I decided to try my own hand at it. I learned a new technique of dry frying the beef which is what gives it the crispiness. The sauce was ok a little tweaking and it will be just like the dishes in MD. One nice thing about making it at home is there is no MSG, i can control how much oil is used and salt. Which makes it a much healthier dish.
